Who Can Buy a Brick?

Old Main tower above autumn colored trees.Anyone can purchase a brick but only individuals or groups fitting the following criteria may be inscribed on the brick.

Names on the bricks must be: 

  1. A current member of the Penn State Alumni Association whether the individual is an alumnus, alumna, or associate member.
  2. A deceased Penn State alumnus or alumna.
  3. A family name, provided that one family member is a current member of the Penn State Alumni Association.
  4. An alum who is not a member of the Penn State Alumni Association— but the cost of an annual membership ($50) or a life membership (varies) will be added to the price of the brick.  
  5. Any affiliate group of the Penn State Alumni Association defined as a chapter, constituent society, alumni interest group, or alumni program group.
  6. Other individuals or groups not outlined above who in the determination of the Executive Director have a close affiliation with the Penn State Alumni Association.
