The Penn State custom license plate for Delaware state is ready for the road. Apply for your plates today and show that you are Penn State Proud.

These handsome plates feature the University shield and include the cheer "We Are Penn State."

The special Penn State plate will cost $10 (a one-time fee) in addition to the normal state and county registration fees. An additional one-time $40 handling fee will go to the Delaware Penn State Alumni Chapter. Contact Francine M. All active Delaware Chapter members are eligible to obtain a Delaware PSU license plate. Please note: Plate holders MUST have active standing in both the Delaware and the national Alumni Association during each year they own their Delaware PSU plate. Lapse of either of these memberships can be cause for revocation of a Delaware PSU plate.
