Princeton Club of New York

In April 1904, a baseball game between Penn State and Princeton resulted in the birth of the Nittany Lion mascot. A century later, that competitive spirit has morphed into one of collaboration and collegiality, as the Penn State Alumni Association has affiliated with the Princeton Club of New York.

Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, the Princeton Club of New York offers Penn State graduates, faculty, and administrators a refuge from everyday life in the city.

Princeton Club of New York is a warm, welcoming place for those who frequently travel to, live, or work in Manhattan. The Club caters to the needs of its members with exclusive events, such as: a distinguished speaker series, topical lectures, networking programs, holiday, and specialty dinners.

The nine-story Clubhouse is a wonderful place to entertain family, friends, or colleagues and features: formal and casual dining, business facilities, lounges, a library, overnight hotel rooms, fitness center, and free WiFi access. Membership in the Club also grants access to more than 110 private clubs across the United States and around the world.

Now, a century later, Lions can mingle harmoniously with Tigers in the comfort of their beautiful midtown Manhattan den.
