These handsome blue-and-white plates feature the University shield and include the initials PS as part of the plate number.

The special Penn State plate will cost $25 per year in addition to the normal state and county registration fees. An additionsl one-time $5 handling fee will go to the Memphis Mid-South Alumni Chapter.
