Sustaining Pride
The Sustaining Pride fund strengthens every aspect of the Penn State Alumni Association by providing essential resources wherever they’re needed most. A gift to the Sustaining Pride fund supports the entirety of the association’s mission-critical work.
Scholarships
Penn State’s unparalleled alumni network has a long tradition of supporting students and the University. Your gift to the Alumni Association’s scholarship program is a great way to help deserving students attend Penn State.
Student Programs
Your generosity enables our student programs, the Blue & White Society and the Lion Ambassadors, to offer invaluable educational, leadership, and professional development opportunities to more than 7,000 students every year. By supporting these programs you help today’s students forge strong connections with the alumni community and promote Penn State pride, tradition, and spirit.
FastStart
Help first-year students who identify from underrepresented populations get their college career off to a “Fast Start” by supporting this mentorship program, which matches them with a Penn State faculty/staff mentor and alumni mentors who can help them flourish in their new university environment.
Ways to Give
Gifts by Cash, Check, and Credit Card
You can make sure that your support benefits the program of your choice by giving online.
You may also give via check. Please send your check (made out to Penn State) to Donor and Member Services … The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA 16802.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You can direct your bank to issue payments on a monthly basis to the Alumni Association. During the gifting process, you will be asked to complete a simple form to authorize Penn State to instruct your bank or savings institution to make monthly gift payments of $10.00 or more from the account you indicate. Matching Gifts
Your employer may match your contributions to the Alumni Association. To find out if your employer participates, use this search tool.
Pledges
If you do not have the cash or assets to make an outright gift to the Alumni Association, you can sign a pledge. This agreement allows you to make a philanthropic commitment to the Alumni Association and pay the gift over an established period of time.
Planned Gifts
There are many ways to give to the Alumni Association beyond outright gifts, including bequests and charitable designations, gift annuities, remainder trusts, and lead trusts, among others.
Employee Giving
Current faculty and staff at Penn State are able to give to the Alumni Association by downloading and completing the Faculty and Staff Campaign Contribution Form.
